Critics of the Nets' move to Brooklyn have lost yet another court battle. On Wednesday, a State Supreme Court judge dismissed critics' claims that the MTA exceeded its authority when it agreed to stretch out a $100 million payment for the railyards beneath Barclays Center. The court ruled that the critics didn't have standing to sue and that the MTA was within its rights to renegotiate the deal.
