With Bond Sale, Brooklyn Move Looks More Likely

Twice in the last month, Bruce Ratner was able to clear major hurdles in his six-year long quest to move the Nets to a new arena in downtown Brooklyn. First, on Nov. 24, the Court of Appeals ruled, 6-1, that the state could seize private property to build the arena. Then, Tuesday, the state was able to sell a half billion dollars in bonds to build it. We take a look at what remains between the New Jersey and Brooklyn Nets.
