Lawrence Frank is a Jersey guy who loves coaching the local team and isn't afraid to accept responsibility for the worst start in franchise history. He keeps working to fix the problems with the current roster, but they're almost entirely beyond his control. And though the future of the Nets is bright, Frank isn't likely to be around to see it. He'll get another job, but it won't be in the place he's always called home.
