The good news is that it can't get any worse than this. In one of the ugliest games you'll ever see, the Nets lost a 14-point lead and went more than 10 minutes without a single point in the second half, falling to 0-4 on the season with a 79-68 loss in Charlotte on Monday. In the process, they managed to tie a franchise record by scoring only seven points in the third quarter. The Nets held the Bobcats to just 32 percent shooting, but shot just 37 percent themselves and had more turnovers (26) than field goals (25). Chris Douglas-Roberts led the Nets with 20 points and Brook Lopez added 18, but the two combined for 11 of the turnovers. And Yi Jianlian left the game in the third quarter with a sprained knee.
