Jayson Williams has agreed to plead guilty to aggravated assault in the 2002 shooting death of his chauffeur and serve 18 months in a state prison, reports the Star-Ledger. Gus Christofi died at Williams' mansion in Hunterdon County. The former Net always claimed the killing was accidental. A jury failed to reach a verdict on a manslaughter charge in 2004. Williams was conviced of a cover-up but was appealing.
