John Hollinger has all sorts of ratings and rankings and teams. His All-Decline team is out Friday and he predicts all sorts of declines: from older players on the way down to "second half sliders". He puts Devin Harris in that category. While calling Harris "a heck of a player [who] may make the All-Star team again", Hollinger warns he takes a "pounding" that often leads to injuries...and a second half drop in production.
