David Stern said Thursday Mikhail Prokhorov had an "excellent meeting" with NBA owners and the league has found nothing of concern so far in its background check. The NBA must approve the sale by year's end for Barclays Center bonds to be sold, said Stern. He noted Prokhorov isn't interested in the Nets unless they move to Brooklyn but said the league wouldn't object to a temporary move to Newark.
