As promised by Daniel Goldstein of Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn, critics of Atlantic Yards filed a new lawsuit Monday in an attempt to stop the $4.9 billion project. The suit alleges the Empire State Development Corp. should have demanded Bruce Ratner file a new environmental impact statement after much of the first stage of AY--including Barclays Center--was redesigned and reconfigured.
