Newark Mayor Cory Booker is no longer talking up a local ownership group buying the Nets and moving them to his home city. Instead, he'd be happy to have the Nets in Newark on a temporary basis. He told a local radio show Thursday the city wants the Nets to play at "The Rock" while Barclays Center gets built. Such an arrangement would require the state to let the Nets out of their lease at the IZOD.
