Wednesday's Court of Appeals hearing on the Atlantic Yards eminent domain case will be webcast live, starting at 2 p.m. The court will hear arguments in Albany for an hour about whether the state has the right to seize private property to build Barclays Center and the rest of Atlantic Yards. Most analysts believe the plaintiffs in the case, nine property owners, face an uphill fight. A decision is expected in November.
