Since Devin Harris scored 30 points in three straight games back in early November, he's been the odds-on favorite for Most Improved Player ... and is certainly one of the top choices at mid-season. But he's not the only choice as FOX Sports' Randy Hill points out. Harris has made a big leap in player efficiency and scoring, but you can't discount Nene, Paul Millsap, Danny Granger, Jameer Nelson or even Kevin Durant.
