Lopez's Monster Game Gets Him Rookie Recognition

New, comments

It's unlikely Brook Lopez will crack the top three in this year's rookie rankings. Derrick Rose, OJ Mayo and Russell Westbrook seem set like concrete. But Lopez is able to crack an NBA-wide top blocked shots. He has 76 and that puts him behind only Dwight Howard and Marcus Camby. His 31/13/2 performance vs. the Thunder has allowed him to moved him in both rookie rankings and stat leaders.
