Nets' Losses Stabilize

Forest City Enterprises, the Cleveland company that owns 23% of the Nets, says the team's losses have stabilized. "The overall operating loss for the Nets as a stand-alone business is comparable to the prior year," it reported, announcing second quarter results. FCE noted its share of the loss is "higher because it advanced capital to fund the team's operating losses". It's controlled by the Ratner family.
