Barclays Bank is still commited to the Nets Brooklyn arena. The bank said that Monday after a state appeals court rejected Bruce Ratner's motion to dismiss a state court case filed by arena critics. The critics went to state court in their attempt to kill the Brooklyn project after losing in federal courts. The court decision could delay the project further, jeopardizing a planned ground-breaking this year.
