Through experience, Kiki Vandeweghe knows that the rebuilding process will take time, but he's happier to be in this position than the one the Nets were in when he arrived in New Jersey. He says that the team will continue to pursue other ways to improve. "Now we really have to see what other things we can do, what other draft choices we can add and how quickly our guys progress."
