Of the four non-roster players in the Nets' training camp, two stand out: Julius Hodge and DerMarr Johnson, both point forwards, both survivors of near-fatal incidents early in their careers and both former Nuggets who have given chances before by Kiki Vandeweghe, champion of the "fallen angel".
