The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority has instituted new rules for tail gating, opening parking lots at the Meadowlands five hours before events, instead of seven. Season ticketholders who are ejected from the stadium or arena will have their tickets revoked, said the agency. The new rules were provoked by reports of drunken football fans demanding women show their breasts.
