Barclays Remains Committed to Nets Despite Financial Woes

Representatives of the Nets and Barclays Bank say there is no change in the bank's commitment to the team in spite of large losses in the credit market. Barclays agreed to a naming rights deal for the Brooklyn arena in 2006. In return for $20 million a year for 20 years, the arena will be called the Barclays Center. "Barclays is fully committed to its relationship with the Nets" said a bank spokesman.
