New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg tells the New York Sun he's confident Bruce Ratner will get the financing needed for the Barclays Center and that while "some of the construction will be a little bit slower ... the arena is going to get done on time, and the New Jersey team is going to move over there." The Nets expect to be in Brooklyn by 2010. Bloomberg declined to comment on city subsidies for the Nets.
