Newark Mayor Cory Booker still wants the Nets at the Prudential Center in spite of various statements by team officials that they are commited to playing in Brooklyn in the 2010-11 season. "I’m going to work very hard to make it happen," Booker says. "The Nets were made for Newark. It’s the comeback city." Booker hopes Devils owner Jeff Vanderbeek can put together a group of investors to buy the team.
