If tonight, with its blockbuster trade and three draft picks, was anything, it was opening night in Brooklyn. Tonight was about divorcing the Nets from New Jersey and its recent (ugly) past and preparing the franchise for Brooklyn, getting younger, saving cap space, waiting for Lebron. No night since Draft Night 2001 posed as many risks as Draft Night 2008. But as that night proved, there can be rewards for risks.
