Kim Grillier claims he recruited Devin Harris for the sports agency that represents him in contract talks and marketing deals. He even spent Draft Day with Harris in 2004. Now Grillier is suing the agent for Harris and others --like Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade-- saying he didn't get a promised cut of the action: 20% of the agent's contract fees and 3% of his marketing fees. Harris isn't a party to the suit, but may testify.
