The Pistons are pretty much "stuck" in second place in the East, seven games behind the Celtics and six games ahead of the Magic. With little at stake, the Pistons are planning to give more playing time to their bench players. The Nets will no doubt keep pushing, playing hard and hoping they get some help, but truth be told, they're not going anywhere, four games back of the Hawks. So at some point, maybe Friday, they're likely to follow the Piston example.
