Kiki Vandeweghe hasn't yet built up frequent flier miles the way Ed Stefanski did ... but he's sure taking advantage of the Nets' EZ-Pass account. In the last 10 days, he's scouted UConn's Hasheem Thabeet in New Brunswick and Rider's Jason Thompson in Lawrenceville. The 6'-11" Thompson is seen as a sleeper in this year's draft. Both big men have been linked to the Nets in mock drafts.
