Marcus Williams was drafted at age 20 to succeed Jason Kidd as the Nets' starting point guard, the succession planned for Kidd's retirement. Then, a funny thing happened at age 22. The Nets traded Kidd for Devin Harris, age 24, and Williams has admitted it's not been an easy transition for him. But in recent games, he seems to have regained his balance, particularly when playing alongside Harris.
