The Nets will play two preseason games in Europe on October 9 and 12 vs. the rebuilding Miami Heat. New Jersey will face Miami in Paris on October 9, then in London on October 12. The Paris game will be played at the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy while the London game will played at the O2 Arena. The team will not train in Europe, but instead open training early in New Jersey, then travel overseas. The Hornets and Wizards will play in Berlin and Barcelona.
