The Nets are on a winning streak. They took care of business Friday night in Miami with a comfortable win over the Heat. The Nets took the lead early, held the Heat to just 10 second-quarter points, and led by 12 at the half. Miami cut the lead down to four midway through the third, but the Nets took back control and were never threatened after that. Richard Jefferson carried the offensive load, scoring 25 points on 11-of-19 shooting. Vince Carter shot just 5-of-14 from the field, but finished three assists short of a triple-double, while Jason Kidd added 11 points, 12 assists and 4 steals. Jason Collins did indeed play and scored six points in 19 minutes.
