NJ.com's Net blogger Matt McQueeny spotted a story in the newsstand edition of Sports Illustrated this week. In it, Ian Thomsen of SI proposes some trade deadline deals, including one sending Vince Carter to the Clippers for Chris Kaman and Eric Gordon. SI claims VC would give the Clips star power while Gordon would add to the Nets' growing list of worthy youngsters. McQueeny doesn't get it.
