The Nets are back at .500 by the slimmest of margins, beating the Pacers 108-107 at Conseco Fieldhouse Tuesday night. The game was close from start to finish, but the Nets led by seven with three and a half minutes to go. Indiana climbed back and Danny Granger hit a jumper with 10 seconds to go to put them up one. On the next possession, the Pacers kept the Nets from running their play, but the ball ended up in Devin Harris' hands. Harris then stepped in to a 22-foot jumper from the top of the key to win the game at the buzzer. Harris finished with 29 points and 11 assists, while Vince Carter led all scorers with 38 points, hitting 6-of-9 from downtown. The Nets are now 9-4 on the road and 12-4 when Harris and Carter combine for 40 points or more. Their 14-14 record is their best at this point in the season since 2005-06.
