In an interview with Ahmad Rashad, Vince Carter talks about the theme of the Nets' training camp -- "teach, teach, teach" -- and what his role is: leadership. In that regard, Carter says he tries to lead both "vocally and by example", noting that he did the same thing with a young Raptor team in 2001 and got them to the playoffs. He says this team is "definitely capable" of doing the same.
