Mike Fratello's name has been dragged into an FBI probe of alleged corruption in Cleveland. The FBI raided the city's housing agency on Wednesday, armed with subpoenas seeking records of the relationship between agency head George A. Phillips and more than a dozen contractors and developers, including Fratello. Specifically, agents sought information on free plane rides, golfing and property in Florida.
