Sean Williams is one of nine rookies selected by the league's assistant coaches going to All-Star Weekend for the Rookie Challenge, the NBA announced Wednesday. And ESPN's David Thorpe brings words of encouragement in his weekly rookie rankings. Writing about how impressed he is with Sean Williams' desire, Thorpe notes: "His athleticism and feel are great foundations for becoming a rebounding force, but without desire, he would be just another unproductive athlete."
