In what may be a death blow to critics of Bruce Ratner's plan for a new Nets' arena, a New York state judge dismissed a lawsuit challenging the state's approval process on all counts Friday. Critics had argued an environmental review of the site was flawed, but Justice Joan Madden ruled in favor of Ratner and the state. Critics are down to an appeal of an earlier dismissal of a related case. They haven't had a single victory in their year long legal battle.
