The Nets' chief international scout is in Nigeria this week, running Africa's biggest basketball camp, the annual Olumide Oyedeji camp in the capital of Lagos. Rob Meurs has long been one of African basketball's biggest boosters at one point serving as assistant coach of the Mali National Team. Meurs, who previously worked with the Spurs and recommended they take Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Nenad Krstic, is Dutch and operates out of the Netherlands.
