The parent of the Izod clothing brand, Phillips-Van Heusen, has offered to pay $1.2 million per year over three years for naming rights to the Meadowlands arena—the highest bid as of late last week, reports NJBIZ, the online business magazine. The New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority recieved bids from Izod and two other clothing brands Monday. The most intriguing bid: Jay-Z's Rocawear. The Nets' marketing office is assisting the NJSEA.
