A group of architects and city planners opposed to Bruce Ratner's proposed Atlantic Yards will offer their vision of the area Monday night, downsized and without a new Nets' arena. The so-called "UNITY Plan" would have only a quarter of the apartments Ratner is proposing and not require condemnation. As for the Nets, critics say move them to Coney Island or Newark. Ratner's plan is already approved and in early stages of construction.
