Welcome to the New NetsDaily

So, you may have noticed that things are a bit different with NetsDaily.com. Well, the improvements are a long time coming. Here's a rundown of what's new...

New colors. Compared to everything else, this is pretty insignificant, but we thought it would be good to change things up a bit.

Comments. That's right. You can now comment on all items on the main site (netsdaily.com), as well as in the blog (netsdaily.com/blog). Unfortunately, each is a separate log-in, so if you're logged in to comment on the main site, you're not necessarily logged in to comment on the blog. Also note that all comments go through a moderation cue, so you're thoughts won't show up right away. But we strongly encourage you to post your thoughts on anything and everything on the site.

Categories. Each entry is filed under one or many categories. And each category has its own archive. The list of categories is at the right of the homepage, so just click on a category and read everything about that player, coach or topic that has happened in the last 3 1/2 years. The Sez even has his own category!

RSS. Perhaps the best thing about the new site is that there is an rss feed for all of the news. You can find it here. Plug that into your rss reader and you'll know right away whenever we've posted new news on the site. There are even rss feeds for each category, so if you're some sort of crazed Jason Kidd fanatic, you can subscribe to this feed and always know what the Kidd did.

Still under construction. The categories still need to be populated a bit. The player categories are pretty much set, but we'll be going through some of the other topics in the coming weeks so that everything is completely archived. The most important one that we need to populate is the Game Results category. In the meantime, if you need to check out past game results posts, you can find them on the old site here.

As always, we encourage your feedback. So, if you've got anything to say about the new site, please post it in the comments. Thanks and ...

Go Nets!
