After watching former All-Star Allan Houston work out Tuesday, the Nets have decided to offer him a contract...and Houston may accept. Al Iannazzone writes that the team was impressed with Houston and will offer him a non-guaranteed, vets' minimum deal. Unless Houston gets a guarantee from another of the seven teams at his workout, the Nets are likely to have the upper hand, Iannazone reports. Dave D'Alessandro is not so sure. The 36-year-old former Knick hasn't played in two years.
