Jermaine O'Neal and Jason Kidd did their best to resurrect Net trade rumors Sunday. The 6'-11" center said "Los Angeles and New Jersey would be my top two teams. I think L.A.'s a real possibility and I think New Jersey's a possibility too." Jason Kidd, appearing at the same California charity game, endorsed the idea: "He comes every night to play and he's a great person and a great basketball player". Separately, Donnie Walsh said there's nothing new but Larry Bird added, "if we can make our team better through a trade, we will do so". The implication...Indiana would do a deal.
