Dime is grading the NBA's major free agent signings this summer from twin perspectives: how the player did vs. how the team that signed him did. In both Vince Carter's signing with the Nets and Mikki Moore's signing with the Kings, the player did better, Dime believes. Carter got an A+ from Dime, the Nets a B+, Dime opining that the team wasn't going to find replacement scoring that easily. Moore got a B while the Kings received only a C. "Is he really gonna be as productive" out west, Dime asks.
