Robert Hite, who showed he could shoot during the Orlando Summer League, will be signed to a partially guaranteed contract, reports Al Iannazzone in the Record. Hite, a 6'-2" Miami product, averaged 12.0 ppg this summer, shooting 46.7% from the arc. He played limited minutes last season for the Heat but was waived in January after being charged with DUI. The charges were later dropped. Dave D'Alessandro reports the Nets also have interest in Keith McLeod, Anthony Roberson and Roger Mason.
