It's mostly what you've read before about the Nets' off-court management, but a 1 on 1 Magazine profile of Brett Yormark and his top lieutenants reveals the team is planning a new marketing campaign, called 'That's basketball and so much more.' The campaign is about customer service according to the magazine, which focuses on "Customer Relationship Management". As Chief Marketing Officer Tom Glick explains, "We want to think like a hospitality business, not a sports team."
