RJ Believes Big Three Will Stay Together...But Will They?

The Nets offered Richard Jefferson, Nenad Krstic and Jason Collins for Jermaine O'Neal Thursday, but RJ's agent says the Net swingman believes the team has made a commitment to keep the Big Three intact. The deal never reached fruition in part because Jim O'Brien, Indiana's new coach, thinks he can get O'Neal back to all-NBA form. But Fred Kerber writes it could still get done next month. Meanwhile, the competition for Mikki Moore could come from Chicago and Houston.
