The Charlotte Observer reported Wednesday that the Nets offered their first round pick to the Bobcats for former lottery pick Sean May...but Charlotte turned them down. According to the Observer, the 'Cats while unhappy with May's conditioning and record of injuries, weren't willing to "give him away". The Nets were interested in taking May, a 6'-10" power forward from North Carolina, in the 2005 draft but the Bobcats beat them to it. Draft Express reported the Nets had offered the pick and Boki Nachbar.
