Sam Smith, writing for MSNBC, gives odds on each of the summer's big free agents leaving their respective teams. Smith believes there is only a one-in-ten chance Carter will stray beyond New Jersey and slightly better chance--one-in-8--that Mikki Moore will leave. Of Carter, Smith writes: "The assumption is Carter will be re-signed. The Magic has some interest since Carter is from central Florida, but Orlando could use the bulk of its free agent money to re-sign Darko Milicic."
