Stefanski: Hardin Has 'the Upside' for an NBA Career...but Now?

Cal Center DeVon Hardin, who lost last season to a foot injury, looked none the worse for wear at the joint Nets-Knicks workout Monday. The 6'-11" defensive-oriented big man also promised "I will run the floor and dunk on you. And I WILL block a couple of shots." Ed Stefanski said Hardin has "the upside and is "very athletic". The Nets also worked out another 6'-11" player, Serbia's Marko Lekic, who they liked when he worked out for them in 2005.
