Marcus Williams was selected to the T-Mobile NBA All-Rookie Second Team, the NBA announced Tuesday. Williams received one First Team vote and eight Second Team vote from the 30 coaches, which was enough to earn a tie for the final spot on the Second Team. Josh Boone also received one Second Team vote.
