Gary Lieberman has a unique perspective for judging talent. He is an hedge fund manager and part of the Nets ownership group. Last week, he was part of a University of Pennsylvania forum on what professional sports teams look for when scouting talent, both in players and coaches. Lieberman says the Nets have learned the value of chemistry and character in choosing players and intellect in choosing coaches.
