The Nets left town Monday after final meetings with Rod Thorn and a final press availability. Who among the group will return next October is still uncertain and Vince Carter, the biggest question mark, didn't offer much in terms of news, saying repeatedly, "We'll see what happens." Both he and Thorn reiterated their hopes things can work out as did Jason Kidd. Meanwhile, Reggie Miller told the FAN that maybe it's time to let Carter go and "see if the Wright kid can develop."
