A state judge Thursday threw out another legal challenge to the new Nets arena. The judge in Manhattan dismissed a suit challenging the state's right to use eminent domain to condemn buildings containing rent-stabilized apartments. The ruling was based on jurisdictional grounds and the plaintiffs can refile. Thus far, arena critics have failed to win any of the several legal actions they have filed. Several are pending.
